Basic Training – 30 Hour
The 30-Hour Facilitator Training is a comprehensive program designed to provide you with the foundational skills and knowledge required to lead abuser intervention programs effectively. This self-directed course covers key topics such as domestic violence dynamics, multicultural diversity, intake strategies, and group facilitation techniques. Basic Training – 40 Hour
The 40-Hour Facilitator Training builds on the foundation of our 30-hour program while incorporating additional material to meet California state requirements for abuser intervention facilitators. This self-directed course offers an in-depth exploration of domestic violence dynamics, intake processes, group facilitation, and ethical considerations. With added hours to fulfill regulatory standards, this program ensures you have the comprehensive training needed to excel as a facilitator and support offender rehabilitation with confidence and competence.

- Phase 1: Qualified Facilitator introduces foundational skills for delivering the curriculum, focusing on participant engagement and program fidelity.

Phase 1: Entry Level Fidelity Training
The Phase 1: Qualified Facilitator Training is your introduction to mastering Yorke Consulting’s evidence-based curriculum. This interactive virtual course provides the foundational skills necessary to deliver intervention programs with fidelity. Participants will gain a deep understanding of curriculum components, learn strategies to foster participant engagement, and explore methods to create an environment that encourages long-term cessation of abuse. Whether you’re new to facilitation or transitioning to a Yorke Consulting curriculum, Phase 1 equips you with the tools to guide impactful intervention programs confidently.
Phase 2: Advanced Fidelity Training
The Phase 2: Certified Facilitator Training builds upon the foundational knowledge from Phase 1, offering advanced insights and strategies for facilitating Yorke Consulting’s curriculum effectively. This training focuses on managing complex cases, increasing participant engagement, and reducing program attrition through evidence-based techniques. Participants will also explore advanced concepts such as the Readiness to Change model, emotional intelligence, and batterer typologies. Completion of Phase 2 certifies you as a proficient facilitator, prepared to deliver impactful interventions with expertise and consistency.
Phase 3: Certified Master Trainer
The Phase 3: Certified Master Facilitator Training prepares experienced facilitators to take on leadership roles within their agency by training other facilitators in Yorke Consulting’s curriculum. This advanced-level course focuses on refining facilitation techniques, developing training methodologies, and fostering leadership skills to ensure program fidelity across teams. Participants who complete Phase 3 gain the knowledge and certification required to train and mentor facilitators, contributing to the consistent and effective implementation of Yorke Consulting’s intervention programs.
